For plans purchased after August 1, 2018, you can file a claim online any time by following the steps below:
- Make sure you have the item and receipt on hand
- View your protection plan
- Under File or Track Claims, click Go to Your Account
- Select the item
- Follow the Square Trade steps to file your claim
Many claims are approved instantly. In some cases, a specialist will need to guide you through the next steps. We repair the item in question; if we cannot repair it, we send you a replacement or refund.
